Monster 1100 by Jackelfox

This Monster 1100 was born as a Diesel edition, a very peculiar version for the second iteration of this naked; this was also the third bike Micah built with our parts, after the wonderful XDiavel and the elegant Scrambler 800 his partner Stevie rides: as you can see, a lot has been changed, different livery, new front fairing with integrated led headlight, updated upholstered seat, 2-in-1 custom exhaust by SC Project and a lot of parts from our catalogue.

We think the final result is something really unique: a bit of cafe racer attitude, modern but with some vintage elements, retro but sporty; and pictures the owner takes are amazing, once again!

You can see all parts we offer for this bike CLICKING HERE.

In this opening shot you can see a handful of the parts, Racer Bronze was the main finish of choice with some bits in Carbon Black to add contrast: we can see a front spindle nut, the discontinued camshaft cover on the horizontal cylinder’s head, our Linear crankshaft inspection cover and our must-have lightweight sprocket kit (check the online configurator!) based on the timeless Spin flange.

Scroll down for some close-ups!

1- On the front, you can see our slanted design triple clamps kit:  futuristic ahead-of-its-time look still today, the see-through cutouts are a distinctive feature of our sets. The leather wrapped grips are complemented by bar-end caps we originally released for the Scrambler and, on the horizontal cylinder’s head, our open timing belt cover.

2- Modernity and vintage vibes, this concept behind the whole bike is perfectly pictured in this photo: sleek and pointy lines for the adjustable rider’s rearsets, here shown with an old version of our custom foldable pegs, smooth and rounded triangular shape for the rear hub Gallettone.

3- From this lowered angle you can better appreciate the deep machining that makes our triple clamps very light without compromising rigidity and increasing the riding feeling. No carbon fiber has been involved on this bike’s preparation, except the exhaust terminal, so Micah preferred getting a set of aluminum levers, in Carbon Black (don’t forget to check out the carbon fiber version too!).

4- Nice side view of the garage’s beauty, the open timing belt covers are a perfect match for a vintage look.

Until next build…
