Hypermotard 950SP by Jasset

Jesset got in contact with us for the first time back in 2022, his birthday was due so he wanted to treat himself but, until that point, he struggled quite a bit finding the perfect gift. Why? Well, if you ever wondered why so little parts can be found in this color, getting a nice, deep and vibrant shade of blue when it comes to anodized cnc parts can be tricky… until he found our Instagram profile. He had a plan and we became the right accomplice to get the job done.

1- In this picture you can see our solo rearsets with folding foot-pegs: you can adjust the eccentric regulation in 3 different positions and find the one you’re most comfortable with according to your height and riding style. He chose them in Carbon Black with blue accents but you can mix colors to your taste. They’re provided with sturdy aluminum heel-guards but, if you ride with a passenger, as you can see they’re compatible with OEM foot-pegs too. You can also spot our water pump cover and our crankshaft inspection cover, here shown in Slate Grey, the color that matches bike’s engine crankcase. Blending in the freshly blacked-out trellis frame, our caps kit, provided with gr.5 titanium screws.

2- You might have guessed already, the owner of this beauty is a bit obsessed with titanium and consequently, getting a set of our integrated titanium brake/clutch fluid reservoirs was mandatory: the blue bezel once again perfectly fits the colors. You can configure them to your taste and, lately, we also introduced the carbon cap upgrade, no matter what bike you ride, if it has a Brembo master cylinders’ set, we have a version of our reservoirs that will fit. Do you prefer a version with a sight glass that will allow you checking oil’s level on the spot? 3- This pic shows his latest stage for the sprocket carrier kit: he basically got the very last Star flange, a design dating back to early 2000’s when AEM Factory wasn’t even an actual brand.

4- In the picture below the actual aforementioned “birthday gift”, the first version of his sprocket kit, with full titanium hardware upgrades and a blue Spin flange. A nice Slate Grey carrier and blue titanium cush drive kit complete the setup. A funny Easter egg for you: if you look closely you might notice that the company’s logo is not laser marked, it is cnc engraved on the right instead, meaning this specific item is one of the OG from our very early days. Jasset just asked us for a custom laser marking, a further step towards the total customization service we offer on demand.

5- Look at this beauty, the most recent part Jasset got from us, a “Carbon Gear 115” quick-lock fuel tank cap: we introduced this product during 2022 EICMA International Bike Expo and it’s one of the most challenging to manufacture; matter of fact if you inspect how carbon fibers are laid, you won’t find any weird looking / bending lines in its pattern; like other CF parts we offer their production’s process is unmatched, this is hyper-cars’ grade stuff, we accept no compromises, and it’s not a surprise we include gr.5 mounting screws’ set. The tiny tag with our logo? Yes, that’s titanium as well!

6- Our parts don’t fear being put to test on racetracks: choosing a brand that makes cutting weight one of its most important goals is key to having fun both on the streets and between the curbs, and AEM Factory is that go-to brand. Most riders upgrade their brakes’ setup, Ducati owners in particular tend to get a set of Brembo RCS or CorsaCorta/RR: if you’re one of them you can find in our products’ range both aluminum and carbon fiber lever; they’re light, highly adjustable, they’re foldable and they come in a lot of nice colors. And if you haven’t upgraded, you can still get the proper version for your OEM master cylinders anyway!
