Scrambler 800 by AEM Factory

This is a Scrambler 800 that we modified as a show-bike for EICMA 2016: we wanted something resembling a Scrambler even more than a Scrambler itself! Aside from our parts, we started with adding a set of Excel tubeless wheels, our friends at SC Project kindly created that amazing 2-in-1 custom exhaust (you should’ve heard the roar) directly welded on the bike and got a modified short subframe/saddle assembly with integrated stoplight.

We kept the original yellow tank’s color, but added our touch with brushed aluminum side panels and chose our Racer Bronze finish to achieve an even more vintage racing vibe as the final result; it rested as a factory queen for a long time until a customer decided to give it a new home in 2024.

1- We created a handlebar’s risers kit that would look sturdy and could fit OEM clamp; as almost all the hardware we provide with our parts, a set of gr.5 titanium was supplied with them.

2- Triple clamps kit: for this amazing part we kept a vintage look, using protruding screws seats, very low profile upper clamp and adding the speedometer case on top. If you look closely, you’ll notice the flat bar ends weights with our Linear design.

3- Right in front of your eyes while riding you’d see the first version of our Endurance quick-release fuel tank cap: it is still available, matter of fact, we improved it by adding gr.5 titanium screws and offering you the possibility to customize the color for all its components using our online configurator.

4- Scrambler used to mean riding also on dirt roads, it wasn’t meant for asphalt streets only: derived from the enduro style, we designed this set of fork tubes’ protection covers we called “Sword”. Finely machined, very strong to keep such a key component safe and embellished with our logo at the very bottom.

5- These adjustable rearsets had a nice eccentric regulation mechanism and screw-in grains on the foldable foot-pegs to increase your soles’ grip. Additional flexibility was given by the adjustable toe-pegs.

6- In line with the Linear design, we had (and still have!) the front brake reservoir’s cap, you can find it here.

7- As a dual sided swing-arm bike, it used a set of chain adjusters, still available here.
