Diavel V4 by CC Racing Garage

Our friend Marco Graziani, founder of CC Racing Garage, moved his first steps in the motorcycles world back in 2006: he started building his reputation with composite fiber materials, quickly moving to reinventing some incredible bikes to meet his customers’ taste; he caught the spotlight in 2016 at World Ducati Week when he won the contest for special bikes category, you might have seen his orange “Grit 944”, a completely reimagined Supersport 900 turned into a machine looking half cafe racer, half streetfighter; you can check some cool pics on his website.
Soon after he got in contact with us and the common passion for bikes’ customization led to a partnership with our brand; working together, the first outcome was the super cool Scrambler FT 1100. Fast forward to 2024 when he decided to jump on a project based on the lates iteration of Ducati’s Diavel, the new V4.

1- So many parts on a single picture already: for this project we created a triple clamps kit, in our fashion, reducing its weight and giving it a slanted design with lateral see-through machining, looking great even in this black-on-black colors’ combination. Aluminum levers are next, a new kit of aluminum frame caps with gr.5 titanium screws, front calipers’ spacers; scroll down to see more detailed pictures!

2- This clamps kit deserves a frontal view too!

3- One of our favorite angle, 3/4 from the back: that’s the point of view where you can appreciate the muscular stance of this bike and also take a look of our famous quick-change sprocket kit (here shown with full titanium upgrades). If you had a chance to ride this bike, you know already that its handling is incredible, horsepower will push it quickly out of any turn, but we still believe that whenever you can save weight you might want to go down that road, when you’re on two wheels, “adding lightness” is synonym for “fun”. Finding the perfect colors’ combination for this item is a bonus point!

4- A nice shot of our adjustable aluminum foldable levers and bar-end weights: both these items’ colors can be customized to match your bike’s livery.

5- How custom can we go with our parts? Through the years we did some kind of crazy one-off parts, sometimes we just mixed already existing elements to create something different; in this case we blended specs from the carbon fiber and the aluminum quick-lock fuel tank caps instead: it’s a regular aluminum Gear in black/silver finish, but Marco asked us to use our laser marked titanium tag you’d normally find on the Carbon Gear.

6- A set of front calipers’ spacers are a tiny detail, but if you pay attention you can see also a set of race-spec M10 gr.5 titanium screws, shown with perfectly tightened safety wire.

7- The aforementioned kit of aluminum frame caps with gr.5 titanium screws, here shown in Rhodium Silver.

8- The dark color scheme used for this bike, so that the yellow accents can catch attention better, might mislead the eye just a bit, but if you take a closer look, you can see our new set of adjustable foot-pegs: thanks to their eccentric regulation system you’ll be able to find a comfortable stance, moreover you can get any of their components anodized to your preference. Check the product’s page to fully appreciate the details. If you have an eagle-eye, you might spot the Drill oil plug cap too!
