1- What if I get a damaged item or it doesn’t work properly? – Cosa devo fare se il prodotto che ho ricevuto è danneggiato o non funziona correttamente?

First of all, we’re sorry for the inconvenience, we’ll do our best to fix the situation ASAP: please send us an email at info@aem-factory.com and we’ll immediately take care of your issue; post sale support, for us, is even more important than selling the parts. 

Innanzitutto siamo spiacenti per l’accaduto, faremo tutto ciò che potremo per risolvere il problema il più velocemente possibile: per favore contattaci via mail a info@aem-factory.com, per noi il supporto post-vendita è più importante della vendita stessa, ci attiveremo immediatamente.

2 – Warranty – Garanzia

Once you received your parts, you’ll have 14 days to let your reseller (or us, if you purchased them from us directly) know that something’s wrong with them. After this timespan, the standard warranty procedure applies, covering one year after you received them. Parts that are subject to wear (such as gaskets or sprockets) are not covered by warranty unless they show manufacturing flaws. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Qualsiasi difetto di fabbricazione è coperto da garanzia (ex D.Leg. 24/2002): hai 14 giorni di tempo per contattare il tuo rivenditore (noi, in caso di acquisto diretto) e chiedere la sostituzione o il rimborso. Passati i 14 giorni, si applica la procedura di garanzia standard che copre 24 mesi dalla data di acquisto; una volta accertata la difettosità del prodotto, dovrà essere restituito e provvederemo alla sostituzione. Le parti soggette ad usura (ad esempio guarnizioni o le corone) non sono coperte dalla garanzia a meno di accertati difetti di fabbricazione.

Le spese di restituzione sono a carico del cliente, quelle per l’invio dell’articolo sostitutivo invece saranno a carico di AEM Factory. 

In caso di rimborso, verrà rimborsato solo il costo dell’articolo, non le spese di spedizione o altre spese accessorie.

3- Custom parts – Prodotti personalizzati

As you may have noticed we offer custom options, such as additional colors or customized color schemes or custom laser marking; unless a manufacturing issue shows during warranty cover, these items are not refundable.

Come avrai notato offriamo molti articoli personalizzabili per quel che riguarda colori non standard, combinazioni colore o marcature laser; a meno che il prodotto non mostri difetti di fabbricazione, i prodotti custom non sono rimborsabili.
